Welcome to the website of the Hall for Murrumbeena campaign (the Campaign), run by Murrumbeena Primary School Council (School Council, we, us).

By accessing or using this site, including the AI chat assistant and the agent-friendly tools, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

This site is run by Murrumbeena Primary School Council for the Campaign. Its purpose is to gather community support for State funding of a full-size, competition-grade hall and community sports hub at Murrumbeena Primary School (the School).

It is a volunteer-run community campaign site, not an official Victorian Government or school communications channel.

We want to keep this space positive, respectful and safe. When you use this site (for example, by leaving a message or submitting a form), you agree not to:

• Post anything bullying, harassing, defamatory or disrespectful;
• Share sensitive information, such as addresses, personal contact, financial or health details, beyond what a form or the assistant asks for;
• Use profanity or post inappropriate images;
• Misrepresent your identity or pretend to be someone else;
• Sign more than once, or submit in bulk or under a false identity;
• Post spam, advertisements or commercial content;
• Share anyone's private personal information without their explicit permission;
• Scrape, bulk-download or overload the site, its APIs, MCP server or chat;
• Use campaign data for commercial marketing or unrelated purposes;
• Use the AI assistant or agent tools to generate spam, abusive content or submissions on behalf of people who have not authorised them;
• Attempt to access admin areas or interfere with the site's operation.

• Our content: text, graphics and logos created for the Campaign belong to School Council, unless credited to someone else. You are welcome to share, print and use them, including the letter templates and campaign pack, to support the Campaign, but not for other purposes without our permission.
• Your content: by submitting content (such as a message, idea or form), you allow us to display it on this site where you have chosen to publish it, and to include it in the campaign materials we present to MPs, the Minister for Education and the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).

Messages of support and ideas — however they arrive — are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may edit, decline or remove any submission that breaches these Terms of Use, including anything abusive, defamatory, off-topic, spam, or that contains personal information about others, and we may restrict access for anyone who does. Approval decisions are at School Council's discretion.

This site is run by School Council, not by the School. School staff do not run or moderate it.

If you are under 18, please check with a parent or carer before submitting anything on this site. We will refer any child-safety concern, or conduct involving students or staff of the School, to the Principal.

When you use the forms, the chat assistant, or the APIs on this site we may collect:

• Your name and contact details — email address, phone number, street address, suburb and postcode — as each form requests;
• Messages of support, hub ideas and pledge details (items and amounts) you submit;
• Organisation details (name, type, your role and website) and support letters you upload;
• Your email address if you sign up for campaign updates;
• Chat conversations with the AI assistant (including actions you approve), stored so the conversation can continue where you left off;
• Voice recordings you choose to send in voice mode, processed to transcribe speech to text and to speak replies aloud (see section 9).

We use this information solely to build the campaign dossier presented to local MPs, the Minister for Education and the VSBA, to run the site's features, and to keep you updated about the Campaign.

The dossier includes supporters' names, suburbs and messages, never email addresses or phone numbers. Support letters from organisations are included as submitted. The service providers listed in section 12 process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

We will delete personal information within 12 months after the Campaign ends. You can unsubscribe from campaign updates at any time using the link in any email we send.

The chat widget is an AI assistant that can answer campaign questions and help you take action (sign the petition, leave a message, share an idea, pledge, or contact us). Please understand:

• AI can be wrong. Responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Figures it quotes come from the campaign's published knowledge base, but you should verify anything important before relying on it. Nothing the assistant says is professional, legal or financial advice.
• Nothing is submitted without your approval. When the assistant prepares an action it shows you exactly what will be sent. It is only submitted when you tap Approve. Tapping Approve has the same effect as submitting the equivalent form yourself.
• Conversations are stored. Your chat is saved so you can return to it. You can wipe it at any time with the New chat button in the widget, which deletes the conversation from our systems, or ask us to delete it via yes@hallformurrumbeena.win.

Voice mode is optional. When you use it, your recording is sent to our AI service provider (OpenRouter) to convert speech to text, and replies are converted back to speech. Recordings are processed transiently to provide the feature. The text of the conversation is stored as described in section 8. Only record your own voice, and make sure anyone else whose voice might be captured has agreed.

This Campaign is deliberately agent-friendly: we publish machine-readable briefings (llms.txt, llms-full.txt), a public JSON API, a remote MCP server, and a downloadable CLI so that your own AI agent can learn about the Campaign and act on your behalf. Fair rules for using them:

• Anything submitted through an agent must be genuine, authorised by you, and follow the same rules as the forms. One genuine signature per person.
• You are responsible for what your agent does with your instructions. Review what it proposes before letting it submit.
• The tools may change, be rate-limited or be unavailable at times as the Campaign evolves. We do not guarantee uptime (see section 13).

Using the tools is your agreement. There is no separate signing step for the API, the MCP server or the CLI, and no consent field is ever required on them. When you make your first call you accept these Terms of Use, exactly as ticking the box on a form does. If you do not agree, do not call them.

If you are an agent acting for someone else, you can read these terms in machine-readable form at GET /api/terms (or the get_terms MCP tool) and show them to that person. You may record their answer with POST /api/terms/accept (or the accept_terms MCP tool), which accepts a yes or a no. That step is optional, and we keep the answer so the person can ask us later what they agreed to. Do not submit anything for someone who has said no.

Pledging is one of the ways you can help the Campaign.

This site does not process payments. A "pledge" is a non-binding expression of intent to donate to a listed wish-list item. We follow up with each pledger to arrange payment or in-kind delivery offline. No donation is final until arranged directly with us.

The Campaign does not hold funds. Any money donated is paid directly to Murrumbeena Primary School Council, not to the School or to individual volunteers. Tax deductibility, if any, will be confirmed when the donation is arranged.

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage), uses OpenRouter to power the AI assistant and voice features, sends campaign email through Resend, and links to third-party platforms (Facebook, X, WhatsApp and LinkedIn). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them:

Campaign content (cost estimates, comparisons, facility ratings) is provided in good faith from publicly available sources and may change as the Campaign progresses. AI-generated responses may contain errors — see section 8. To the extent permitted by law, School Council accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site, the assistant's output, or third-party content (such as embedded videos or linked pages).

This site is provided "as is" for the Campaign only. While we try to keep information accurate, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

We may update these Terms of Use as the Campaign's needs change. Any updates will be posted on this site, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
