Terms of Use

This site is run by the Murrumbeena Primary School Council Hall Campaign Working Group ("the campaign", "we"). Its purpose is to gather community support for State funding of a full-size, competition-grade hall and community sports hub at Murrumbeena Primary School.

It is a volunteer-run community campaign site, not an official Victorian Government or school communications channel. By using the site, the chat assistant, or any of the agent-friendly tools, you accept these terms.

When you use the forms, the chat assistant, or the APIs on this site we may collect:

• Your name, email address, suburb and postcode (petition and contact forms);
• Messages of support, hub ideas and pledge details you submit;
• Organisation details and support letters you upload;
• Chat conversations with the AI assistant (including actions you approve), stored so the conversation can continue where you left off;
• Voice recordings you choose to send in voice mode, processed to transcribe speech to text and to speak replies aloud (see section 4).

We use this information solely to build the campaign dossier presented to local MPs, the Minister for Education and the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), to run the site's features, and to keep you updated about the campaign. We do not sell or share your details with third parties outside the campaign working group.

The chat widget is an AI assistant that can answer campaign questions and help you take action (sign the petition, leave a message, share an idea, pledge, or contact the working group). Please understand:

• AI can be wrong. Responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Figures it quotes come from the campaign's published knowledge base, but you should verify anything important before relying on it. Nothing the assistant says is professional, legal or financial advice.
• Nothing is submitted without your approval. When the assistant prepares an action it shows you exactly what will be sent. It is only submitted when you tap Approve. Tapping Approve has the same effect as submitting the equivalent form yourself.
• Conversations are stored. Your chat is saved so you can return to it. You can wipe it at any time with the New chat button in the widget, which deletes the conversation from our systems, or ask us to delete it via yes@hallformurrumbeena.win.
• Don't share sensitive information. The assistant only needs the details the forms ask for. Please don't paste passwords, financial details, or other people's personal information into the chat.

Voice mode is optional. When you use it, your recording is sent to our AI service provider (OpenRouter) to convert speech to text, and replies are converted back to speech. Recordings are processed transiently to provide the feature; the text of the conversation is stored as described in section 3. Only record your own voice, and make sure anyone else whose voice might be captured has agreed.

This campaign is deliberately agent-friendly: we publish machine-readable briefings (llms.txt, llms-full.txt), a public JSON API, a remote MCP server, and a downloadable CLI so that your own AI agent can learn about the campaign and act on your behalf. Fair rules for using them:

• Submissions made through an agent must be true, authorised and yours— the same standard as filling in a form yourself. One genuine signature per person.
• You are responsible for what your agent does with your instructions. Review what it proposes before letting it submit.
• No bulk or automated submissions, fake identities, vote-stacking, scraping of personal data, or attempts to overload, probe or disrupt the services.
• We apply rate limits and may block clients that abuse the tools. Moderation applies to agent submissions exactly as it does to human ones.
• The tools are provided "as is" and may change as the campaign evolves; breaking changes are announced in the site's machine-readable docs where practical.

Messages of support and ideas — however they arrive — are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may edit, decline or remove submissions that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, spam, or that contain personal information about others. Approval decisions are at the working group's discretion.

This site does not process payments. A "pledge" is a non-binding expression of intent to donate to a listed wish-list item. The working group follows up with each pledger to arrange payment or in-kind delivery offline. No donation is final until arranged directly with the working group.

By using this site you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information;
• Scrape, bulk-download or overload the site, its APIs, MCP server or chat;
• Use campaign data for commercial marketing or unrelated purposes;
• Use the AI assistant or agent tools to generate spam, abusive content or submissions on behalf of people who have not authorised them;
• Attempt to access admin areas or interfere with the site's operation.

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage), uses OpenRouter to power the AI assistant and voice features, and links to third-party platforms (Facebook, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the Victorian Parliament e-petition). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Campaign content (cost estimates, comparisons, facility ratings) is provided in good faith from publicly available sources and may change as the campaign progresses. AI-generated responses may contain errors — see section 3. To the extent permitted by law, the working group accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site, the assistant's output, or third-party content (such as embedded videos or linked pages).

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
