What this model is, and is not

Is this the real design?
No. This is a concept, not an architectural drawing. It exists to show the scale of a full-size hall on our grounds, and to give the community something concrete to react to. Nothing here is fixed.
Who made it?
The campaign did, with AI tools. It is built from the Victorian School Building Authority's published standards and from halls recently built at other Victorian schools — so the footprint and the proportions are realistic. The materials, the colours, the landscaping and the car park layout are all illustrative.
Who will design the actual hall?
A professional architect. Once funding is approved, the VSBA appoints the architect and oversees the design, and makes sure it meets every standard a school building has to meet — accessibility, safety, child safety, acoustics, energy and the rest.
Then why does this matter?
Because the brief comes before the architect. What our community says it needs is what shapes the requirements the architect is given. A hall that is only a gym is a different building from one that also serves assemblies, performances, after-school care and weekend community sport. Say what you need it to do — it is how the brief gets written.
